About the piece: This piece was asking for some form ‘force of nature’ element. Hence the vortex of blues, whites and neon-red emerging from the left carving its way through a metallic-lime and vibrant yellow. This inexorable force tears into a terrain of fuschia, brown, greens, turquoise, oranges and is a visual collision of energy and emotion.  The composition captures nature’s unstoppable power illustrating how it disregards boundaries and overwhelms environments.  The textures are thick and heighten the sense of movement.  This piece represents life where change, whether anticipated or not, is inevitable.
